How We Ship Your Products

Our biologics are delicate, so we have a specific shipping schedule to keep them safe.

 

Freeze-Dried Products

• These can handle regular room temperature

• We ship them Monday through Friday only

• We don't ship on weekends

How Fast Will You Get Your Stuff?

Most orders ship within 24-48 hours after we verify your payment. The only exception is if you ordered a custom-made product—that takes longer.

What If Your Package Gets Damaged?

Here's the deal: These products are fragile, so damage can happen. If something goes wrong:

You have 24 hours (starting from when it was delivered) to report it.

What you need to do:

1. Email info@tritonpeptidebiologicslab.com

2. Include your order number

3. Take clear photos of:

   • The damaged package/box

   • The damaged product inside

That's it. But remember. you only have 24 hours, so report it ASAP.

Return Policy: READ THIS CAREFULLY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Why? Because once a product leaves our facility, we can't prove where it's been or if it's still safe to use. So we don't accept returns under any circumstances.

If it arrives damaged, that's a different story (see above). But if you just change your mind?
